【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60068dealswithcoldtestsapplicabletobothnonheat-dissipatingandheatdissipatingspecimens.Fornonheat-dissipatingspecimens,TestsAbandAddonotdeviateessentiallyfromearlierissues.TestAehasbeenaddedprimarilyfortestingequipmentthatrequiresbeingoperationalthroughoutthetest,includingtheconditioningperiods.Theobjectofthecoldtestislimitedtothedeterminationoftheabilityofcomponents,equipmentorotherarticlestobeused,transportedorstoredatlowtemperature.Coldtestscoverbythisstandarddonotenabletheabilityofspecimenstowithstandoroperateduringthetemperaturevariationstobeassessed.Inthiscase,itwouldbenecessarytouseIEC60068-2-14.Thecoldtestsaresubdividedasfollows:?Coldtestsfornonheat-dissipatingspecimens?withgradualchangeoftemperature,Ab;?Coldtestforheat-dissipatingspecimens?withgradualchangeoftemperature,Ad,?withgradualchangeoftemperature,specimenpoweredthroughout,Ae.Theproceduresgiveninthisstandardarenormallyintendedforspecimensthatachievetemperaturestabilityduringtheperformanceofthetestprocedure.Temperaturechamber(s)areconstructedandverifiedinaccordancewithspecificationsIEC60068-3-5andIEC60068-3-7.FurtherguidancefordryheatandcoldtestscanbefoundinIEC60068-3-1andgeneralguidanceinIEC60068-1.

通常 ，数字信号处理分系统可完成下列主要功能:
— 复接两路或更多路比特流;
— 对传输质量进行评估供倒换和/或插入告警指示信号(AIS)用;
— 编码和复接数字公务信道;
— 扰码和去扰码;
— 串并和并串变换。
由于系统配置不同，因此有的系统可能没有上述功能中的某些功能，在这种情况下，应只进行与系统所具有的那些功能有关的测量。
