【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodofisotopicanalysisofuraniumhexafluoride(UF6)withUconcentrationslessthanorequalto5%bymassandUandUconcentrationbetween0,001%bymassand1,5%bymass.ThemethodisinroutineusetodetermineconformancetoUF6specifications.Uraniumhexafluorideisabasicmaterialtopreparenuclearreactorfuel.Tobesuitableforthispurpose,thematerialmustmeetcriteriaforisotopiccomposition.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicableifthemassspectrometerusesFaradaycups.note:1)Thelimitupto5%isnotgiventothemethoditselfbutbecauseofthelicense.
