【摘要】:Thehydrogencontentrepresentsafundamentalqualityofapetroleumproductthathasbeencorrelatedwithmanyoftheperformancecharacteristicsofthatproduct.Thistestmethodprovidesasimpleandmoreprecisealternativetoexistingtestmethods,specificallycombustiontechniques(TestMethodsD5291)fordeterminingthehydrogencontentonarangeofpetroleumproducts.1.1Thesetestmethodscoverthedeterminationofthehydrogencontentofpetroleumproductsrangingfromatmosphericdistillatestovacuumresiduausingacontinuouswave,low-resolutionnuclearmagneticresonancespectrometer.(TestMethodD3701isthepreferredmethodfordeterminingthehydrogencontentofaviationturbinefuelsusingnuclearmagneticresonancespectroscopy.)1.2Threetestmethodsareincludedherethataccountforthespecialcharacteristicsofdifferentpetroleumproductsandapplytothefollowingdistillationranges:1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thepreferredunitsaremass%.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecificwarningstatements,seeSections6.2and6.4.
