【摘要】:1.1Thispracticecoversthecalculationandadjustmentofsilica(SiO2)fortheconcentratestreamofareverseosmosissystem.Thecalculationsareusedtodeterminetheneedforscalecontrolintheoperationanddesignofreverseosmosisinstallations.Thispracticeisapplicableforalltypesofreverseosmosisdevices(tubular,spiralwound,andhollowfiber).1.2Thispracticeisapplicabletobothbrackishwatersandseawaters.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
