【摘要】:Shearographyiscommonlyusedduringproductprocessdesignandoptimization,processcontrol,postmanufactureinspection,andinserviceinspection,andcanbeusedtomeasurestaticanddynamicaxial(tensileandcompressive)strain,aswellasshearing,Poisson,bending,andtorsionalstrains.Thegeneraltypesofdefectsdetectedbyshearographyincludedelamination,deformationunderload,disbond/unbond,microcracks,andthicknessvariation.Factorsthatinfluenceshearographyandthereforeshallbereportedincludebutarenotlimitedtothefollowing:laminate(matrixandfiber)material,lay-upgeometry,fibervolumefraction(flatpanels);facingmaterial,corematerial,facingstacksequence,coregeometry(cellsize);coredensity,facingvoidcontent,andfacingvolumepercentreinforcement(sandwichcorematerials);processingandfabricationmethods,overallthickness,specimenalignment,specimenconditioning,specimengeometry,andtestenvironment(flatpanelsandsandwichcorematerials).1.1Thispracticedescribesproceduresforshearographyofpolymermatrixcomposites,sandwichcorematerials,andfilament-woundpressurevesselsmadeentirelyorinpartfromfiber-reinforcedpolymermatrixcomposites.Thecompositematerialsunderconsiderationtypicallycontaincontinuoushighmodulus(greaterthan20GPa(3106psi))fibers,butmayalsocontaindiscontinuousfiber,fabric,orparticulatereinforcement.1.2Thispracticedescribesestablishedshearographyproceduresthatarecurrentlyusedbyindustryandfederalagenciesthathavedemonstratedutilityinqualityassuranceofpolymermatrixcomposites,sandwichcorematerials,andfilament-woundpressurevesselsduringproductprocessdesignandoptimization,manufacturingprocesscontrol,postmanufactureinspection,andinserviceinspection.1.3Thispracticehasutilityfortestingofpolymermatrixcomposites,sandwichcorematerials,andfilament-woundpressurevesselscontainingbutnotlimitedtobismaleimide,epoxy,phenolic,poly(amideimide),polybenzimidazole,polyester(thermosettingandthermoplastic),poly(etheretherketone),poly(etherimide),polyimide(thermosettingandthermoplastic),poly(phenylenesulfide),orpolysulfonematrices;andalumina,aramid,boron,carbon,glass,quartz,orsiliconcarbidefibers.Typicalas-fabricatedgeometriesincludeuniaxial,crossplyandangleplylaminates;aswellashoneycombandfoamcoresandwichmaterialsandstructures.1.4Thispracticedoesnotspecifyaccept-rejectcriteriaandisnotintendedtobeusedasameansforapprovingpolymermatrixcomposites,sandwichcorematerials,orfilament-woundpressurevesselsforservice.(Pleasenotethataflawdoesnotbecomeadefectuntilrejectedbyacceptance/rejectioncriteria.)1.5Toensureproperuseofthereferencedstandards,therearerecognizednondestructivetesting(NDT)specialiststhatarecertifiedinaccordancewithindustryandcompanyNDTspecifications.ItisrecommendedthatanNDTspecialistbeapartofanycompositecomponentdesign,qualityassurance,inservicemaintenance,ordamageexaminationactivity.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
