【摘要】:ThisdocumentprovidesrecommendationsandguidancetotheASMEB31.12HydrogenPipingandPipelinesSectionCommitteefordesignfactorsformetallicandnonmetallicpipematerialswhenusedinadryhydrogengasenvironment;designlifeconsiderations;nondestructiveexamination(NDE)recommendations;in-serviceinspection(integritymanagement)recommendations;researchneedsandrecommendations.Thescopeofthisreportincludesallcommonmetallicpipingandpipelinematerialsusedintheconstructionofpipingandpipelinesystems,ofseamlessandweldedconstruction;compositereinforcedweldedorseamlessmetallic-linedpipingandpipelinesthatarecurrentlycommerciallymanufacturedandforwhichtechnicaldesigndataisavailable;compositereinforcedplastic-linedpipingandpipelinesthatarecurrentlycommerciallymanufacturedandforwhichtechnicaldesigndataareavailable.Designfactorsaredevelopedconsideringtheoperatingconditions,internalhydrogenenvironmentwithinthepipingandpipelinesystemsandtheeffectofdryhydrogengasonthematerialofconstruction.Compositepipingandpipelinelinepipeareconsideredashoop-wrappedconstructionwithlinerscapableofwithstandinglongitudinalloads.Otherexaminationandinspectionrecommendationsaremadeusingsimilarconsiderations.Researchrecommendationsaremadebasedonlackorvaguenessofexistingdataorwheretheresearchresultswerenotreadilyadaptabletoengineeringuse.
