【摘要】:Thisdocument,usedtogetherwithEN1553,specifiesthesafetyrequirementsandtheirverificationforthedesignandconstructionofmounted,semi-mounted,trailedorself-propelledmachinesthathaveacombinationoftwoormoreofthefollowingfunctions:loading,mixing,choppinganddistributingsilageand/orotherfeedstuffs,tobeusedbyoneoperatoronly,itincludesthosefittedwithabuilt-inloadingcrane.Inaddition,itspecifiesthetypeofinformationonsafeworkingpractices(includingresidualrisks)tobeprovidedbythemanufacturer.Thisdocumentappliesonlytomachinesthathavethefollowingfunctionalcombinations:—mixinganddistributingfunctions;or—mixing,choppinganddistributingfunctions;or—loading,mixinganddistributingfunctions;or—loading,mixing,choppinganddistributingfunctions;or—choppinganddistributingfunctions;or—loading,choppinganddistributingfunctions.Silageblockcutters,eveniftheycarryoutasinglefunction,arecoveredbythisdocument.Itdoesnotapply:—tomachineswhichpickupgreenfodderdirectlyfromthefield;—toloadingcranes;—tosilagebuckets.NOTE1LoadingcranesaredealtwithinEN12999.NOTE2Silagebucketswillbedealtthroughanamendmentorduringnextrevision.Thisdocumentdealswithallthesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttomachinesforloading,mixingand/orchoppinganddistributingsilageand/orotherfeedstuffs,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufactureraslistedinclause4,exceptforthehazardsarisingfrom:—failureofthecontrolcircuit;—inadequateseating;—inadequatelighting;—impossibilityofstoppingthemachineinthebestpossibleconditions;—travellingofmachinery;—break-upofpartsrotatingathighspeed.Itisnotapplicabletoenvironmentalhazards(exceptnoise).Thisdocumentisnotapplicabletomachinesforloading,mixingand/orchoppinganddistributingsilageand/orotherfeedstuffswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.
